I’m a UX design researcher with over 15 years of experience in digital strategy and interaction design. Based in Belgium, I hold a PhD in Information and Communication Sciences from Université Paris 2 and a diploma in digital management and UX design from École des Gobelins. I’m an expert in user research, information architecture, and prototyping.
